Courtni T. Pham was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Health. In May 2021, Courtni received her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in December later that year.
During law school, Courtni was a Cali Award recipient. She also externed as a certified law student at the Office of the Orange County District Attorney for three semesters, specifically in the Environmental and Consumer Protection Unit and the Human Trafficking Unit. She also worked as a law clerk where she gained extensive experience in trademark law, brand building, copyright law and business litigation. In her last year of law school, Courtni had the opportunity to represent low-income seniors throughout Orange County in elder abuse and conservatorship cases in addition to aiding clients with will drafting and advanced health care directives.
In her spare time, Courtni enjoys scrapbooking, attending music events, and spending time with her family.
