Sarah M. Lee was born in Arlington, Virginia and moved to Southern California in 1981. Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. Sarah went on to receive her law degree from Western State University, College of Law in May of 2012, becoming a member of the California Bar in December of that same year. Sarah is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Southern District of California.
During law school, Sarah was a Dean’s Circle member and Witkin Award recipient. While a member of Western State University’s Law Review, Sarah was selected for publication in the fall of 2011. She also worked as an extern with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office where she assisted clients in petitioning the court for post-conviction relief.
Prior to joining Giovanniello Law Group, Sarah defended employers and insurance carriers in all phases of Workers’ Compensation claims and collateral issues, including subrogation and wrongful termination. In addition, Sarah represented health care providers in litigation with managed care entities and insurance companies involving claims for breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, unfair competition, and other extra-contractual relief.
Sarah and her husband Alex reside in Orange County. In her free time, she enjoys playing classical violin, attending community events, and spending time with her family.
