We coordinate the defense of our clients’ litigation cases and have worked closely with their employment practices liability insurers when they insure against the risks of employment issues. As employers have come increasingly to rely on insurance, we bring to bear extensive experience in working with employers and their insurance carriers to keep both abreast of factual and legal developments affecting each pending case.
